WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS

I understand that there are inherent risks associated with training, socializing, walking, and working with dogs. I assume any and all responsibility for myself and my dog(s) during training and training-related activities with Maynard Dog Training Solutions LLC (the “Company”), Christopher Maynard, and any and all trainers, employees, or agents of the Company. I will not hold the Company, Christopher Maynard, or any of its trainers, employees, or agents responsible for any injuries or misfortunes to or by me or my dog(s) while training or participating in any training-related activities.

I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Christopher Maynard, and its trainers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage of any nature or kind, or from any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage which I or my dog(s) may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my dog(s). I understand that I am solely financially responsible for any damage or harm caused by my dog during training or training-related activities.

I also understand that the Company has relied upon my representation that my dog(s) are in good health and have received the necessary vaccinations as agreed upon by my veterinarian. If my dog(s) become injured or ill, the Company has the right to take my dog(s) to the nearest animal hospital for immediate care. I agree to reimburse, in full, the Company for any medical expense accrued while under the supervision of the Company. The Company shall not be held responsible for any decisions made by the veterinarian on my dog’s behalf. I shall not hold the Company, Christopher Maynard, and its trainers, employees, and agents responsible for any illness or injury that my dog may sustain during training or training-related activities.

The trainer reserves the right to refuse training to any dog that is obviously sick, abused, neglected, or overtly aggressive. Furthermore, the dog owner(s) agrees that non-compliance with the recommendations of Christopher Maynard, Maynard Dog Training Solutions LLC, or its employees or agents additionally constitutes non-liability to the trainer.

It is our policy to provide you with the most up to date science-based dog obedience training available. To keep up with such high demand training we organize and plan, time-consuming schedules that meet our customer's needs and demands. We value your time and availability of your schedule. When doing business with us, you the customer are purchasing 'time' in our schedule, therefore , all prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Please make appropriate scheduling and purchasing on your behalf. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

There will be NO REFUND for cancellations within 7 calendar days of your scheduled session. There will be NO reschedules unless paid for again, in advance. We reserve the right to cancel anytime for any reason and reschedule or reimburse at our discretion. Payment online in advance is acceptance of this Policy. We make it our priority to work a schedule that best fits your lifestyle and work schedule.
