Service Description

Sometimes all we need is a little hint or clue to help us along, maybe we don't need a full training session. Or maybe you need to figure out which sessions or group classes you need. All times are approximate. We try to be as punctual as possible.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 7 calendar days of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 7 calendar days you forfeit your session fee for that appointment. No refunds on prepaid appointments.
